Bookings
Bookings are only secured when event details have been agreed and a deposit received, Purple Cinema will then be guaranteed at your event on that date.

Payments
A 25% deposit is required on booking. A further 25% is due 2 months before your event, then a further 25% due 1 month prior, and the remaining 25% to be paid upon our arrival. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the withdrawal of our services and any outstanding fees payable.

Safety
Purple Cinema technicians have a duty to observe safe working practices at all times. Should a technician deem something unsafe he has the right to request changes.

Public Liability Insurance Any accident involving Purple Cinema’s equipment or employees to any outside participant(s) is covered by Purple Cinema’s public liability insurance coverage.

Equipment Insurance
Equipment security is the responsibility of the client from the time of arrival to the time of departure. You may wish to consider additional insurance for this.

Weather Policies (Outside Events)
In extreme weather conditions – dangerous winds, lightning etc. – it maybe necessary for us to halt the event in the interest of public safety. You may wish or be forced to cancel the event due to bad weather. To cover such eventualities bad weather insurance would be advisable.
